Compliance
Registered, identified, opt-out honored.
StaxMessaging™ is a 10DLC-registered application-to-person platform. This page says in plain English what the platform does for you and what you are responsible for.
10DLC registration
10DLC is the carriers’ system for application-to-person texting from ordinary local numbers. Every organization that texts through it must be registered as a brand, and each use must be registered as a campaign. Your campaign is registered with the carriers under its own name, not ours.
You fill in two short forms about your organization and what you will text. We file them with the registry and the carriers and track the approval. Standard campaigns are usually approved the same day to within three days. Political campaigns go through a stricter registration and vetting process and can take up to a week; on full-service we handle that process for you, which is why we recommend it for campaigns. The one-time registry fees ($4 brand, $15 campaign) are passed through at cost. On self-serve, a $49 registration service fee applies to accounts that register on or after December 1, 2026; full-service has no registration fee. Until approval you can text your own verified phones to try the platform.
Identification and opt-out in every message
Every message carries your identification and an opt-out notice. The composer shows both in the preview before you send, so there is no way to send a message without them.
Opt-out handling
STOP and HELP are handled automatically. Opt-out keywords are honored in any wording and honored instantly: the contact is unsubscribed, a single confirmation is sent, and no further messages go to that number unless the person opts in again. Opted-out numbers are filtered out of your inbox and your lists automatically.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are enforced in each recipient’s own time zone. A send that would reach someone during quiet hours is held and released when their local window opens.
What you are responsible for
- Consent. You must have the consent required by law to text each person on your list. StaxMessaging does not provide consent or opt-in lists; voter files and imported spreadsheets are your data to use lawfully.
- Accurate registration. The organization and campaign details you register must be true, and your messages must match the use you registered.
- Content. You are responsible for what your messages say.
Delivery you can see
Live delivery status, carrier reports and opt-outs are shown on the dashboard. If a carrier reports a text undelivered, it is credited back automatically.
Policies
The platform’s messaging terms and privacy policy apply to every account.
Your account is live the moment you sign up.
One form, about a minute, 2,500 free texts to start. Self-serve or full-service, same form. Questions first? Ask for a call and we ring back in 1 to 3 minutes.
